The butter makes this steak melt in your mouth wonderful. I would say the key is very hot oil, the steak browns beautifully! I did add more garlic and used less salt to adjust this cast iron cookingin order to suit my taste. A salad or/and potato would make this meal perfectly, you can match with Flan for dessert!

This recipe uses simple ingredients, and it is fast to prepare. The steak is so juicy and tender you won’t believe it’s not from a fancy restaurant. You need to wait with patience since the steak needs to rest for about 5 minutes before you serve it. Waiting several minutes just because we want it to be as juicy as possible. If your garlic has a green sprout growing in the center, be sure to remove it for it will impart a bitter flavor to the final dish. Garlic butter will keep in the fridge and can be made well in advance. You can put that butter on anything and everything–dinner rolls, toast, chicken or seafood. Hope you can like this recipe, and it can help you in your life.
