Skillet Ribeye with Garlic Mushrooms

 In the past few months I have tried lots of recipes. Finally, the flavor of ribeye won my heart. Ribeye is a beef steak from the rib section. Today I will introduce a cast iron steak recipe about skillet ribeye with garlic mushrooms.

I always remember the first time I stayed in a countryside. When I was there, I often had ribeye for dinner. When it comes to ribeye, people generally like the taste of it. A thick, succulent, juicy cut of pure American ribeye is taken on in front of me. The sizzle of the ribeye on the platter is symphonic. The smell of the ribeye whets your appetite. I have the perfect ribeye experience. So I always recommend that perfect ribeye to my friends, colleagues and family. Ribeye steaks are harvested from the rib section of beef. It’s cut from the rib primal portion of the rib section. A rib steak, ribeye steak and a prime rib roast are essentially the same cut of beef. If I have leftover ribeye, I highly recommend using it for ribeye steak salad. It is incredible. When we make this cast iron steak recipe, a good, heavy-based skillet is crucial for a well-seared steak recipe. In my house, I have many skillets which can be chosen, but my favorite skillet is the cast iron skillet. I love the cast iron skillet because I can really heat up the pan without ruining either the pan or the steak. So maybe the following recipe can be called cast iron skillet recipe. Now there is a point, if we want to make our cast iron steak cooking more delicious, we can add garlic and mushrooms into this recipe. You also can add other vegetables any you like if you have creative, then you can have a try. But today I want to share the recipe that adds mushroom with you. Skillet Ribeye with Garlic Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:

Ribeye steaks

Vegetable oil

Salt and black pepper

Butter

Mushrooms

Garlic

Parsley

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2: Remove the steak from the packaging and make it rest at room temperature while the oven preheats. Brush steak with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Make the pan over medium heat and cover with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Step 4: Heat the oil until the oil is shimmering and droplets of water sizzle. Then add the steaks to the pan and cook it until seared.on one side for about 4 minutes.

Step 5: Flip the steaks over and continue cooking the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium.

Step 6: Remove the steaks from the oven and transfer to a plate.

Step 7: Place a tablespoon of butter on each steak, tent with foil and make the steak rest for at least 10 minutes.

Step 8:Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the mushrooms and cook undisturbed until well browned on one side.

Step 9:Flip them over and continue to saute until the mushrooms are soft and browned.

Step 10: Stir in the garlic and cook for several minutes.

Step 11: Serve the steaks with the mushrooms on top.
