I appreciate you so much!

Don’t be tempted to eat it straight from the oven! When you take it out and while it’s still warm, the sauce will almost be thin. I must say that it’s the perfect sweet treat! Pair it with a bourbon barrel-aged stout, and then you may do a happy dance because it could be the best beer pairing you’ve ever had. It is a kind of recipe which needs to stir and bake. The only result is warm, sugary, tart and fruity; plus it looks and tastes amazing by such little effort. I like the combination of blueberries and bourbon in this blueberry Bourbon cobbler! I can assure you that you will be obsessed with this dish once you try it in your own kitchen. Also this blackberry Bourbon Cobbler is the one that all the ingredients can be found in your lovely kitchen. You can also make it with frozen blackberries or fresh blueberry if it is available. I suggest you put this yumy bourbon blueberry cobbler on the top of your weekend cooking list. You won’t be disappointed, believe me!

Another question, what will you do when you deal with the sweet smelling strawberries and gorgeous rhubarb? Next time, I will share with you another easy but tasty Cast iron skillet recipe. It is Juicy paleo strawberry rhubarb crisp. I will show you the way I treat these fresh ingredients. This one pan food is delicious and I was surprised for the crumble top when removing from the oven. The strawberry is of course delicious in this recipe! And if you are longing to experiment more with rhubarb, I think this is the recipe for you! So wait patiently for my next recipe!
